Biography
Harley was born about 1869. He was the son of Josiah Francis and Bell Rector. He lived with his parents and siblings in Jeddo, Knox, Missouri in 1870[1] and in Elk, Cloud, Missouri in 1880.[2]
Harley married Edna Axling on 14 Dec 1897 in Clay, Kansas.[3] They had eight children. They lived in Grasshopper, Atchison, Kansas in 1910, where Harley was a farmer,[4] and in Whiting, Jackson, Kansas in 1920.[5]
Harley passed away about 1925.
