Anne Howe Frith was born about 1783, the daughter of Beddington Framley Frith, Esq. (Lieut.-Colonel of the Hants Militia) of Carisbrooke, Isle of Wight, and Jane Howe. On the 2nd November 1804, she married Harris Bigg-Wither at East Dean in Sussex. Anne Howe Bigg-Wither née Frith died on the 13th November 1866 at Winchester, Hants.[1]
