Note: There are two Isaac Vantines shown on Mss #829 with identical service. One is listed as "widow's son." Regarding the above entry, there are two possible Isaacs alive at this time, but the this one's father, Ephraim, is still alive in 1783 while the other Isaac's father, Charles, died about 1766. There is a strong possibility that two Isaacs lived in the same area at the same time and that their families are mixed together. Isaac and Anne Schuurman Van Tine definitely lived in the area, but is the Isaac who shows up with "Altie" in the deed records and one christening the same one?
