Oct. 27. — Mr. William Fergusone, bailie, fulfils a marriage contract made between William Fergusone, his son and heir apparent, and Helen Duncan, daughter of the late William Duncan, surgeon, and his wife, Catharine Wedderburn, now the wife of the said Mr. William Fergusone, by giving sasine to his said son and his future wife, of certain land on the road from Spalding's Wynd to Schoolhouse Wynd.
