Bridget is estimated to have been born about 1670. She was the daughter of Robert Gascoigne and Elizabeth Luke. She was under the age of 14 when named in the will of her father dated 28th January 1674/5 in Northampton County. It was stipulated in the will she was to receive her estate when she turned age 14.[1]
She first married in 1688 to William Harmanson.[2] She was widowed in 1709. She was named Bridget Harmanson in the will of her brother Robert Gascoigne dated 14 April 1709.[3]
As William Harmanson's widow, she again married John Murphey, evidenced by a division between the couple and the sibling heirs of William Harmanson dated 6 Februray 1711/12.[4]
