Dr. William Gaulding, son of John and Jane Gaulding, born in "Oglethorpe county, Ga., April 15, 1833. His parents subsequently removed to Troup county..." Among his 11 children: Lizzie Love, Benjamin Holmes, and Luella.^[1][2]
