Biography
MORRIS, Kan. - Lucille Atkins of Morris, Kan., died Friday, Aug. 24, 2007. She was born Jan. 17, 1929. She was the widow of Leamon Atkins.
A private memorial service will be held with family. The body was cremated under the direction of Mount Hope Cemetery Crematory of Topeka, Kan.
She is survived by five children, Judy Wigley of Mobile, Ala., Patricia Daniel of Howe, Gayla Hatfield of Alma, Allen Foster of Burlingame, Kan., and Mark Atkins of Spiro; two brothers, Freddy Gee of Eufaula, Okla., and Cecil Gee of Selma, N.C.; 18 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Lucille first married (unknown) Meek. She later married Owen Dale Dickey. He passed in 1956. She then married Leamon Atkins who died in 1998. He also preceded her in death.
