Mary Gee was born in 1819 in Nuneaton Warwickshire England. [1] She was the daughter of George Jee. [2]
On 7 Apr 1839 at Nuneaton she married Joseph Buckler. [2] The couple had at least 4 children.

All 4 children were registered with their mother's maiden name as Gee; although the marriage register records her maiden name as Jee.
