Margaret (Glasgow) Adams was born in Ireland.

Margaret Anne was born 14 May 1877 at Killycurragh. She was the daughter of John Glasgow and Margaret Mitchell. [1]

She was the principal of Clonoe School, Coalisland, County Tyrone, for 25 years. [2]

On 19 April 1906 at Clonoe Church of Ireland, she married Albert William Adams of Clohog, son of James Adams, Farmer. At the time she was a teacher living in Killian. Witnessed by Thomas James Glasgow & Emma Glasgow. [3]

She passed away 6 Jul 1923 age 45 at Cloghog, Clonoe, County Tyrone; and was buried at Clonoe Churchyard. Her husband and daughter Pearl are in the same plot. [4] [5] [6] The chief mourners were: [2]

Research Notes

John Glasgow (uncle) is obviously not the brother of her father John Glasgow -- in fact he's the husband of her maternal aunt Rachel Mitchell.
