Francis was born in 1903. He is the son of Francis Goldsborough and Mary Goldsborough.
Francis graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Pierce School of Business Administration. He worked for Sun Oil in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, retiring after 40 years of service.[1]
He died in a motor accident that occured on New Year's Eve 1964 near Emmitsburg, Maryland. He died in a Anne Warner Hospital in Gettysburg, Pennsyvania in the early hours of January 2, 1965.[2][1]
