Biography

Edmund, son of Edmund Dwyer Gray & Caroline Agnes Chisholm, was born on 2 April 1870 in Rathmines, Dub, Ireland.^[1][2]

Edmund is the grandson of Caroline Chisholm.

Edmund emigrated to Tasmania, becoming the Premier of Tasmania in June 1939. He and his wife did not have any children ^[3]

29th Premier of Tasmania from 11 June to 18 December 1939. He was a member of the Australian Labor Party (ALP).

Edmund died on 6 December 1945 and was buried in Cornelian Bay Cemetery And Crematorium, Hobart, Hobart City, Tasmania, Australia.^[4][5]
