Biography

George Greening was born in 1805 in Warrington, Lancashire, England, the son of Nathaniel and Elizabeth Greening. ^[1]

He was baptised on 27 January 1805 in Warrington. ^[1]

When George was 19 he married Jane Camidge on 21 June 1824 in St. Johns, Old Haymarket, Liverpool, Lancashire.^[2] The couple had at least 8 children

His wife died in 1839.

In 1841, he was living with 7 children in Frodsham, Cheshire.^[3]
