Biography
Walter was age 7 [born 29 Nov 1873] at the 3 April 1881 Census; he is the son of Thomas Griffin and Emmaline Marlow.[1].
Note
While the census taker had better hand writing than mine I dare say his 7s look like 4s. This can be seen both in how the prior household looks like 34 and in this age record. The order of both the house numbers and ages leads to the conclusion they are 7s.
