Mrs. Jemima Sturtz Died at Bucyrus This Morning

BUCYRUS, April 8. (Special) --

Mrs. Jemima Sturtz, 57, wife of Samuel Sturtz, died at her home in Liberty township this morning at 8 o'clock. Death was due to complications. The daughter of Abraham and Anna Grogg, Mrs. Sturtz was born in the same farm home in which her death occurred. On December 24, 1874, she was married to Samuel Sturtz, who together with two sons, one daughter, and one grandchildren survive. The sons, J. O. Grogg and W. D. Grogg, and the daughter, Mrs. W. D. Morris all reside in Liberty Township. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Ambrosier, of Colorado and Mrs. Frances Crum, of Liberty Township.

Mrs. Sturtz was a member of the Liberty Chapel United Brethren church and the Ladies Aid Society. Funeral services will be held from the home Monday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock and from Liberty Chapel church at 2, with Rev. T. O. Copus officiating. Burial will be made in Oakwood Cemetery.
