Hannah Laura Gyhon married John Lindsey on
6 October 1830 in the House of the British Ambassador in the Court of France.
The bride's parish was recorded as Heavitree, Devon; John Lindsey was from Sligo, Ireland.[2]
In January 1846 Hannah, now a widow, arrived at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on the General Hewitt.[3]
Hannah was mentioned in her uncle William Lawson's will, written in 1848. She was residing at the time at his property, Veteran Hall at Prospect. She was bequeathed Lawson's shares in the Bank of New South
Wales.[4]
Hannah Laura Lindsey married William Musgreave Kirk (1817–1855) on
24 January 1850 at St Bartholomew's church, Prospect, New South Wales, Australia.[5]
Hannah Laura Kirk died on 2 December 1864 at Port Fairy, Victoria, Australia, and was buried in Port Fairy Cemetery.[6]
