Biography
Frances was born in 1845.
She married Thomas Richard Fisher on 6 January 1869 in Nelson[1][2] and moved to live in Dunedin.[3]
She was bequeathed a number of personal items from her mother's estate after her death in 1885.[4]
She passed away in 1929.
