Ancestry Sharing Link Catherine Elizabeth Hailey was born on July 12, 1927 in Texas, United States, daughter of Leslie Marion Hailey (1905–1988) and Margie Kate Davis (1902–1950).

In 1930, Cat (2) was living in household of Leslie M Hailey (25) at 5608 miller Avenue, Dallas with her parents, Leslie M (25) and Margyre C (26). ^[1]

In 1940, Cat (12) was living in household of Leslie Hailey (34) in Dallas, Dallas with her father, Leslie (34); and Margoye Hailey (37), and Catherine Hailey (12). ^[2]

In 1950, Cat (22) was living in household of Leslie M Hailey (45) in Dallas, Dallas with her father, Leslie M (45); and Margrye C Hailey (47), and Catheryn E Hailey (22). ^[3]

Cat died in January, 1977 in Houston, Texas, aged about 49. Catherine is one of the only people in the US known to have died from "Mad Cow" disease probably infected by tainted meat she ate while vacationing in Mexico. She died in Houston.
