Emma was born in 1895. She was the daughter of James Leonard Haney and Salavina Baughman.
She married Louis John Neff in 1917.[1] He passed away in 1918.
She married Jerome P. McDonnell in 1923.[2]
She passed away in 1953.[3][4]
