Reverend Hugh James Hare, husband of Anna (5 March 1833 - 21 Sep 1920)
Born abt 1829 in Docking, he was baptised on 25 Oct 1829 in Docking, Norfolk.[1]He was the son of Reverend Humphrey John Hare (born abt 1776 in Brancaster) and Barbara Mayo (born abt 1794, in Wimborne, Dorset).
1851 census has him living with his parents in Docking Hall with the following siblings:
Elizabeth Hare - born abt 1821, Docking Ann Hare - born abt 1823, Docking Robina Hare - born abt 1826, Docking Catherine C Hare - born abt 1839, Docking [2]
He married Anne Graver Browne (daughter of John Turner Graver-brown) on 16 Apr 1856 in St John, Paddington, London.[3]
1861 Census - living in Docking Hall with wife Anna who was born in Reymerston, Norfolk. HIs occupation is listed as "curate of Docking".[4]
