Biography
Thomas Jefferson Hassler, 82, died at 5:30 a.m. Saturday at the home of his son, Homer Hassler, 107 Reading rd., Sharonville, O. He was a former resident of Springfield. Mr. Hassler left Springfield two years ago to make his home with his son. He came to Springfirld from Crab Orchard, Tenn., in 1901, and had lived in Springfield until two years ago. He was a retired employee of the Big Four railroad. In addition to the son at whose home he died, he leraves another son, Riley H. Hassler, of Springfield, and one daughter, Mrs. Maude Moore, of Springfield, Route 1.... Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.
