Biography
Owen was born about 1842, the eighth child of Benjamin Hatcher, Sr. and Jane Davis.[1] He marrried Permelia J "Amelia" Hawkins in Barren County, Kentucky on 10 Nov 1859; they had eight children.[2] He married J C Miller in Fannin County, Texas on 11 March 1883, and passed away some time thereafter.[3] [4]
