Biography

Mary was born on the 9th Sept 1884 in Ambleside^[1]. She was the daughter of Michael Hawkrigg and Jane Ann Atkinson. ^[2][3]

On 23 April 1891, Michael and Jane boarded the S.S. Mongolian ^[4] with four children - Annie, Mary, William, and Anthony (the first, Jane Ellen, died at birth) - and travelled to Ontario Canada.

She married Robert Reilly on the 11th March 1908 in Etobicoke York.They had at least two children, both at Etobicoke:

Roberta 3rd July 1911 .

She died on the 21st Dec 1931 at Humberside York, aged 47.^[5]
