Biography
I received the information about her nickname from an older family member many years ago who moved from Mississippi to Maryland.as I began to research my Cherry Hayden,I got quite a shock!through a careful study of the census I found that both my Paternal grandparents grandmothers were 1/2 sisters. Since Cherry is so much younger than Jefferson in age,it is my guess that she is his 2nd wife.
