Biography

Daughter of Rev. James Alexander Hazen and his second wife Fanny Lucinda Grant. She was the third child of Rev. James Alexander Hazen to bear the name Helen Rockwell Hazen, the first two daughters of that name having died young.

She was living with her widowed mother Fanny in Hartford in 1870.^[1]
