Biography
Her parents were Oscar and George Ellen (nee Hoagland) Hefley. The 1910 United States Census says that her marriage to Walter Wilkie/Whelchel was her second. It also says that she had borne six children, four of whom were still alive.
Her death resulted from myocardial infarction due to coronary thrombosis. Her burial was at Memorial Gardens, Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky, United States.
