William was born on 26 June 1874 in Fair Haven, Carroll, Illinois. He married Amanda Howe on 26 Sept 1894. [citation needed] They had 12 children. He was a farmer by trade. He registered for the World War I draft.[1]
Death and Burial
William died on 30 Aug 1961 in Morrison, Whiteside, Illinois. He was buried in Oak Knoll Memorial Park Cemetery in Sterling, Whiteside, Illinois.[2]
