Biography

Era Lota Hendley was born in 1889 in Texas to Lovett L. Hendley and Mary Patience Reeves.[1][2] She married Garland Franklin Freeman in 1905 in Van Zandt County, Texas.[3][4][5][6][7] After Garland's death, Era married John Henry Prater in 1936 in Van Zandt County, Texas.[8][9][10] She passed away in 1962 in Tyler Texas and is buried in the Woodside Cemetery in Grand Saline, Texas.[11][12]
