Harold Colvin Henry was born in 1903 [1] in Seacombe, Cheshire, England the son of Edward Henry and Elizabeth Colvin. [2]
In 1911 Harold was living with his mother and siblings in Poulton with Seacombe. His father was not at home the night of the census. [2]
