Concord was born in January 1896 in Fall River, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Narcisse Hetu and Marguerite Georgina (Poirié) Poirier.^[1]

In the 1900 census Concord (age 4) was living in Fall River City, Bristol, Massachusetts.^[2]

Concord arrived in Sutton, Quebec on 6 December 1932. Recorded residence was Canada.^[3]
