Clarence Raymond "Jack" Hickman was born in Wick, West Virginia, 1 February 1906, the son of William Delbert Hickman and Martha Jane Ankrom.^{[1][2][3][4][5]}

He married Clara Bell Farr 13 January 1936 in Hancock, West Virginia.^[6][7]

Clarence passed away in 2004.^[8][9]
