Stella married Oscar Andrew Shahan (born on February 21, 1892 in Texas; son of Andrew Jackson Shahan and Nancy Florence (Hill) Shahan).
Stella died on April 9, 1970 in Rusk, Cherokee, Texas, aged 78. She was buried in Whitehouse Cemetery, Whitehouse, Smith County, Texas.[1]
