Research Notes
There are two marriages within a 3 year period of Mary Ann Hill (Hills), the first to William Woodhead in 1856 [1], the second to Robert Brown in 1859 [2], both resulting in a number of children. In the first her age is shown as 19 years and a witness was Thomas Hill, in the latter, 18 years and a witness was Elizabeth Hills. Also, the latter to Robert Brown in Campbell Town, implies she was born in 1841. The question remains, which one belongs to parents, Thomas Hills & Elizabeth (Baker) Hills?
