9 June 1818 - Abraham Hite patented the northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 16, Range 18.[1] This was the Abraham Hite Jr, who along with wife Magdalena sold 9 acres off the southeast corner of this land to Job McNamee on 27 August 1821.[2] Job purchased another 13 acres on 28 August 1821.[3]
14 December 1845 - Abram Hite married Susannah McNamee in Fairfield County, Ohio.[4]
1850 US Census - Walnut Township, Fairfield County, Ohio (Family #1222):
Hite, Abraham (age 68) Farmer - born in Virginia
........ Susan (age 50) - born in Ohio
Abraham died on 16 October 1860, and he was buried at McNamee Cemetery in Walnut Township, Fairfield County, Ohio.[5]
