24 Jun 1734: Christened at Wartling, Sussex, England the son of William and Anne Hoad[1]
15 Jul 1785: Convicted of poultry theft. Henry Hoad, convicted of stealing a duck and a cock, the property of Mr. Scrafe of Wartling, was ordered to be committed for the space of three months and two days, at the expiration that time to be severely whipped, and then to be discharged[2].
