After Recommending my Salvation to Almighty God the only Disposer of all things, and through the Meritts of our Holy Saviour Jesus Christ our Redeemer, I hope for mercy for all my past Sins; And in following manner I mean to dispose of those few Temporall Effects I am Now Possessed of.
And First of all I Give unto my Sisters Grace Hamley, Anne Keigwyn and Judith Hoblyn the Sum of Twenty pounds each, And Also to Mr. George Keigwyn my Brother in Law the Same Sum of Twenty pounds all which Legacies are to be paid within Eighteen Months after my decease.
:I Give unto Anne Jane (Daughter of Susannah Jane) the Sum of five Pounds to be paid her within Eighteen months after my decease.
:I Give unto Henry Williams (son of Patrick Williams) one Guinea to be paid him within Eighteen Months after my decease.
:I Give unto my Brother Edward Hoblyn the Sum of Twenty Pounds to be paid him within Eighteen Months after my decease.
:I Give unto my Sister Dorothy Spernon the Sum of one Guinea to be paid her within Eighteen Months after my decease.
:I Give unto Thomas Hamley Son of my Said Sister Grace Hamley the Sum of Ten Guineas to be paid him within Eighteen Months after my decease.
:I Give unto my Said Sisters Grace Hamley and Judith Hoblyn and my Said Brother in Law George Keigwyn all and Singular all my Estates and Effects whatsoever I shall dye possessed of, And I do hereby nominate and appoint them jointly to be my whole and Sole Executors, In Trust Nevertheless to and for the uses intents and purposes hereinafter mentioned (that is to say) my desire is that they shall and Will Sell and dispose of or Cause to be Sold and disposed of All and Singular my Said Estates and Effects whatsoever (as Soon as Possible and time will permit) to the best advantage, and the money thereby ariseing to be distributed in the following Manner (That is to say) First that they shall pay all my Debts whatsoever and Legacies by me herein before Given, And after such payments Then the Remainder thereof shall be Given and Equally distributed share and share alike to and amongst Johanna Keigwyn (Daughter of my Said Brother in law George Keigwyn) Johanna Hamley, Elizabeth Hamley and William Hamley (the two Daughters and Son of my Said Sister Grace Hamley) by them Freely to be possessed and Enjoyed (they the said Johanna Keigwyn, Johanna Hamley, Elizabeth Hamley and William Hamley allowing all reasonable Charges and Expenses, which they the said Grace Hamley, Judith Hoblyn and George Keigwyn shall in any respect be at and lay put in their Said Trusteeship on their Giving in a Just and fair Account of all their Disbursements therein: Hereby Revoking Makeing void and Disannulling all other former Wills and Bequests heretofore by me Made Acknowledging this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this Twenty first day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and forty Seven.

By the said Testator Robert Hoblyn to be his last will and Testament In presence of us the Subscribers (signed) Benjn. Chalwell. (signed) John Brewer. (signed) Jno. Husband.
The within written will of the within named Robert Hoblyn Deced is a true Copy Examined and Compared with the Original this 30th. day of November 1749. By us (signed) John Bennett (signed) John Blight.
The within Written Will of the within Named Robert Hoblyn deced was proved in Common form before the Revd. Mr. William Waddon Clk. Master of Arts Official etc. the 22d. of September 1749. And Admion of the Goods etc. of the sd. Deced and of all things howsoever Concerning the Said will was Granted to George Keigwyn & Grace Hamley two of the Executors therein Named (Reserving a Power of Granting the like admion to Judith Hoblyn the other Executor in the said will named when she shall think fit to take the same upon herself) being first Sworn etc. Saveing etc.
