Biography

When Johanna Hoffman was born on 18 February 1862, in Krettnach, Konz, Trier-Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, her father, Johann Hoffmann, was 35 and her mother, Susanna Blau, was 32. She married Joseph J Faust on 24 June 1887, in Saint John, Calumet, Wisconsin, United States. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 5 daughters. She died on 11 September 1936, in Kaukauna, Outagamie, Wisconsin, United States, at the age of 74, and was buried in Holy Cross Cemetery, Kaukauna, Outagamie, Wisconsin, United States.
