Biography

Charles Waymon Hogue was born on December 22, 1868, in Naylor, Faulkner County, Arkansas. His parents were Benjamin Franklin Hogue and Ana Mararia (Rogers) Hogue. In 1870, the family resided in Muddy Bayou Township, Conway County, Arkansas, near the Cane Creek post office.
