Lousia J Holcomb was born on 16 Apr 1857 in Bigbee, Washington, Alabama, her father, Edwin M Holcomb (1829-1867)and her mother, Susanna Bates (1834-1866). She married Isaac Jacob Winton in Mar 1879 in Mena, Polk, Arkansas. She died on 29 Mar 1920 in Stigler, Haskell, Oklahoma and was buried in Garland Cemetery, Stigler, Haskell County, Oklahoma.
