DEBORAH, 9th known child of Thomas & Elizabeth Holcombe, was born at Windsor 15 February 1650/1. She married at Hartford (but recorded Windsor) 5 November 1668, Daniel Birge. Source: Anderson`s Great Migration Begins. Deborah Holcomb, (she is called 6 years and 7 months old in the Oct. 1, 1657 inventory of her father`s estate), died May 26, 1686 at Windsor, Conn.; m. Nov 5, 1668 at Windsor as his first wife, Daniel Birge, s. of Richard Birge & Elizabeth Gaylord, b. Nov. 24, 1644 at Windsor and d. there on Jan. 26, 1697/8. He m. 2) Abigail Gillett, dau. of Cornelius Gillett and Priscilla Kelsey, b. Sept. 20, 1663 and d. after January 17, 1733. Following Daniel Holcomb`s death, the widow Abigail m. 2) on Feb. 11, 1702/3, Joseph Loomis, 3rd, s. of Joseph Loomis, Jr. & Sarah Hill, b. July 15, 1649 at Windsor.
