"All persons having any claims or demands upon the Estate of THOMAS HOPE, late of Tenterden, in the County of Kent, Gentleman, deceases (who died on the 10th October, 1878, and whose Will was proved by John Hope, of Tenterden aforesaid, Esquire, the Executor therein names, on the 30th January, 1879, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the Hight Court of Justice) are hereby request to send in the particulars of their debts or claims to the said Executor forthwith. " ^[1]
