Biography

Robert was born about 1853. He was the son of John Hopper and Margaret Bodkin.

On 24 Nov 1891 at Oritor Presbyterian, he married Margaret S Turkington of Killygarvan, Desertcreat, daughter of James Turkington, farmer. Witnessed by Sarah Jane Hopper and Mary Eliza Turkington. ^[1]

He passed away 25 Feb 1917 age 63 and is buried in a family plot at Kildress Church of Ireland. ^{[2] [3]}
