Fisher--Hore Glittering sequins made an effective trimming for the bridal gown worn. by Vera, youngest daughter of Mr. and ,Mrs. T. Hore, of Stockton, for her wedding to Mr. William Allan Fisher, son of Mr. W. Fisher, of Stockton and the late Mrs. Fisher. Rev. W. H. G. Cochrane per- formed the ceremony at St. Paul's Church of England, Stockton, and Mr. Wilcox played organ music. White bridal satin was used for the frock, designed on classical lines. The Medici collar and pointed train-were out lined with sequins. An embroidered veil flowed from a satin halo. A bouquet of stock and camellia completed her ensemble. Mrs. Grice attended her sister as matron of honour. Her dainty gown of pink elephant crepe satin was made with a draped neckline finished with a pink corsage posy. She wore a white hat, and carried a bouquet of pink sweetpea. Betty Grice, niece of the bride, was flower girl. She was daintily attired in pink georgette, shirred at the neckline and with soft folds at the hemline. Her basket was filled with pink sweetpea. Mr. Vincent Brady was best man. The bride was given away by her father. The reception was held at the Surf Club pavilion, Stockton. Mrs. Hore wore a smart black crepe frock and accessories, with a shoulder spray of red roses. The honeymoon was spent at the Blue Mountains. The bride wore a tailored suit and matching hat for travelling.
