Biography
Lucy was born on 10 Sep 1868 in Preble Co., Ohio. She married Alvin Harter on 14 Jan 1894 in Darke Co., Ohio.[1] Family stories say that Lucy deserted her family when the girls were still young. She was also married to Isaac Hampshire.
