I can't find a record showing Judge Samuel with the middle name "Estes" (or, indeed, any middle name at all). He appears simply to have been Samuel -- recorded thus at birth, marriage and death, and in more than one genealogy. Too, he should be assigned at least one title, whether "Hon." or "Judge"... or "Rep.", depending on which seems most significant and appropriate. "Hon." would probably cover both. Objections/concerns?
