Born in Minnesota about 1867.[1] He married Cornelia Dudgeon Clark 4 Dec 1889 in Aspen, Colorado.[2] They had two sons. Cornelia remarried in May 1897, apparently divorced, and she died in March 1898, He died in Philadelphia 25 Aug 1898.[3] The children went to live with an uncle, Walter S. Kent.[4]
