Biography
Thomas Edward Howell was born on October 21, 1896, in Shawnee, Ohio. He was the son of Oliver Howell and Elizabeth Paskell. On November 20, 1929, he married Minnie Arthurs, in Franklin County, Ohio. Edward died on July 5, 1978, in Franklin County, Ohio. He was buried in the Obetz cemetery, in Obetz, Franklin County, Ohio.
