Isaac Howland (Isaac, Isaac, John) was born about 1714, Middleborough, Plymouth county, Massachusetts son of Isaac Howland (Isaac, John) and Sarah Thomas (Lydia Howland, John). He had two brothers Jeremiah and Joseph and all three are named in their father's estate, their brother Charles died in infancy. [1][2]
On 19 June 1724, his grandfather, Jeremiah Thomas was appointed Isaac's guardian.[3]
In 1735, between the age of 14 and 21, Isaac made the choice of Mr. Samuel Wood of Middleborough to be his guardian.[4]
Probate
Isaac Howland of Middleborough, laborer died intestate and on 5 November 1787 Nehemiah Bennett of Middleborough was granted the administration of his estate.[5]
His inventory was taken on 13 November 1787 in Middleborough.[6]
