Fred William Hoy, ^[1] son of David Fred Hoy and Amy Robjent, ^[2] was born in about November 1888 in Bow, Middlesex. ^{[1] [2]} He died on 17 April 1948, his death was registered in Brighton, Sussex. ^{[3] [4]}
