Biography

Lettie was born in 1868 in Sidney, Champaign County, Illinois to parents David Huffstutter and Phebie Huffstutter. She married James Robert Ribble (1861-1909) on March 21, 1886 in Nevada, Vernon County, Missouri. They had at least 6 children together;

2. Walter Ribble (1890-1959)
3. James Robert Ribble Jr. (1899-1973)
4. Russell Ribble (1901-1977)
5. Bessie (Ribble) Martin (1903-1998)
6. Harold Ribble (1906-1960)

In the 1950 US Census, Lettie is living with her daughter Bessie Martin and son-in-law in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.

James died in 1909 and Lettie died on November 27, 1957 in Clackamas County, Oregon at the age of about 89 years.
