Effie Irene Treone Hull was born on November 24, 1912, in Boise, Idaho, her father, George Hull and her mother, Alice Prey. She married Donald Elliott (about 1913-deceased) about 1935 and divoiced about 1936. She die of influenza, heart attack on January 6, 1941, in Los Angeles, California and was buried in Morris Hill Cemetery, Boise, Ada County, Idaho.
